Meet Our Team

Albert Siu

Principal Lawyer
Upon completion of his university legal degree, Albert completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted in NSW to practice as a lawyer. Albert is also on the High Court of Australia roll.
Albert has a passion for family law and assists all clients with valuable advice to resolve their issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Albert is also a qualified mediator and his conciliatory manner often supports resolution of matters without the need for court litigation.
Albert has the experience to assist clients with both children’s and property settlement matters. He has also worked extensively on matters involving domestic violence, drug and alcohol problems and can advise on urgent applications to protect children.
Albert is a member of the Law Society of NSW and appears in both the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia in Sydney and Parramatta.

Elizabeth Rysiok

Elizabeth has worked in the area of Family Law since 2014. Her previous experience includes working in care and protection, the corporate and government legal environments and general law.
Elizabeth has a friendly and professional manner, tailoring her advice to the individual needs of her clients. Elizabeth supports her clients through the family law process and encourages mediation, negotiation and settlement at all stages with practical and child-focused outcomes to help clients avoid costly and stressful court litigation.
Where litigation becomes unavoidable, Elizabeth has significant experience in both parenting and property matters and urgent applications to recover children at risk.
Elizabeth also volunteers with a humanitarian legal service which provides free legal advice to vulnerable people in the community.

Tanith Chippendale

Tanith has completed a Bachelor of Journalism/Bachelor of Laws degree in 2017 and commenced as a Paralegal for AS Family Lawyers this year.
She has strong communications skills from her background as a journalist and customer service roles. Tanith has worked on articles highlighting issues in the family law field and also worked as a regional advisor for Multicultural Youth. She is active in her local community and able to relate and communicate with people from all walks of life.
