Whether your financial circumstances are modest or complex, we can help you outline a fair and reasonable settlement with your property division. We approach all property distribution cases with a conciliatory manner in the hopes of an amicable resolution and will only advise clients to commence court proceedings as a last resort. We can help you devise effective settlement terms that will best enable you to move forward.

Marriage or De-Facto

Whether you’re married or in a de-facto relationship, we can assist you with any children or property settlement matters. We are also available to discuss and advise clients on a range of financial agreements

Divorce

Dealing with a marriage breakdown can be difficult, however we can steer you in the right direction with your divorce by helping you with issues such as whether you have meet all the relevant criteria to apply for a divorce; whether you should make a sole or joint application; or problems with service of documents.

Our lawyers are on the NSW Legal Aid family law panel and can assist you with any Legal Aid family law matters. We also help clients with the paperwork in making applications for appropriate Legal Aid grants.

Urgent Family Court Applications

If you have an urgent issue in your matter such as children at risk, or imminent financial loss, then we can help you make urgent applications to address your problems.
