Meet Our Team

Albert Siu

Principal Lawyer
Upon completion of his university legal degree, Albert completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted in NSW to practice as a lawyer. Albert is also on the High Court of Australia roll. 
Albert has a passion for family law and assists all clients with valuable advice to resolve their issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Albert is also a qualified mediator and his conciliatory manner often supports resolution of matters without the need for court litigation. 
Albert has the experience to assist clients with both children’s and property settlement matters. He has also worked extensively on matters involving domestic violence, drug and alcohol problems and can advise on urgent applications to protect children. 
Albert is a member of the Law Society of NSW and appears in both the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia in Sydney and Parramatta.

Tallara Hamilton

Lawyer 

Tallara graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor Arts (Sociology). She then completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law in 2020. Tallara has been admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW. Prior to graduating, Tallara was a paralegal with our firm and completed much of her practical legal training with us.

Tallara is passionate about family law and is empathetic to the situations of clients in what is often a difficult and stressful time. She is particularly interested in parenting matters and is an advocate for remaining child-focused throughout separation to ensure that the children’s best interests are fulfilled.

Chloe Underwood

Lawyer 

Chloe graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws, majoring in Criminology. She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the University of New South Wales. Chloe was then admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW. Prior to being admitted, Chloe completed much of her Practical Legal Training with our firm and demonstrated a caring and empathetic nature.

Chloe has a friendly and professional manner, tailoring her advice to the individual needs of her clients. Chloe supports her clients through the family law process and encourages mediation, negotiation and settlement at all stages with practical and child-focused outcomes to help clients avoid costly and stressful court litigation.

Chloe has a passion for family law and has a particular interest in parenting matters.
